Mentor Groups | Grace Church

Sign-Up for a Mentor Group

Mentor Groups are small, same-gender gatherings designed to help you grow into a self-feeding Christian — someone who knows how to engage Scripture personally and align their life with God's Word.

Each group meets monthly for about 90 minutes, and discuses the Bible together, not just for knowledge, but for real-life transformation. The goal is deep spiritual growth through honest conversations, biblical insight, and practical next steps.

Key Details:

Focus: Scripture reading and spiritual habits
Group Size: 8 to 10 people
Meeting Rhythm: Once a month for 9 months

Kenneth Fletcher

Meets the first Wednesday of the month in Braintree at 7pm. Ages: 25 - 45.

Hi! My name is Kenneth, and I serve as the Groups Director at Grace Church — Braintree location. I’m also a Professor of Computer Science at UMass Boston. In my free time, I enjoy playing pickleball and tennis, as well as going on road biking adventures!

Tony LaPuma

Meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM in Braintree.

Hi! My name is Tony, and I serve at the as a First Impressions Coach and a Life Group leader at Grace church — Braintree Location. I am also a General Contractor with a focus on residential work. My hobbies are reading, doing nothing and watching football.

Deborah Bondzie

Meets the second Wednesday of the Month in Holbrook at 6:30 PM.

Hello! My name is Deborah Bondzie. I currently lead a life group with my husband Philip with whom we have four children. I am an attorney with a transactional real estate and juvenile law practice. Meets Last Monday of every month in Braintree at 7pm.

Hi! My name is Esi, and I serve as the Grace Kids Preschool Coach at our Braintree location. I love cooking, spending time with my family, and opening up our home to host and connect with others. I’m excited to meet you all.

Michael Bean

Hi, I'm Mike Bean. I lead a life group with my wife, Laurien, and support life group leaders as a life group coach. Every other Saturday I teach 4th and 5th Grade in Grace Kids and I also serve on the Grace's Advisory Team. I love being active outdoors and cheering on our three boys. Our mentor group will meet on the last Sunday of the month at 7pm in Westwood.

Carl Engmann

Hi, my name is Carl and I am a Life Group Leader/Coach and I also serve on the greeting and VIP team. I am a pharmacist and I enjoy spending time with my family, playing/watching sports, and God of course! Our group will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month in Canton.

Richard Goldwarg

Hi, my name is Rick and I am a Life Group Leader at Grace. I work retail at CVS and love bass fishing, football, basketball, Sudoku puzzles and studying the Bible. Our group will hang out and have conversations around living biblically-centered lives on the 3rd Friday of the month in Stoughton.

Agnes Engmann

Hi! My name is Agnes, a Life Group leader and a Cafe Team leader at Grace. I work in fintech and in my free time I love baking, DIY projects, taking “how-to” classes, and traveling. Our group meets on the third Friday of the month at 7pm in Canton. Come hang out with us!

Tatiana Torres

Hello! My name is Tatiana and I serve on the worship team at Grace. I love music, food, The Bible Recap with Tara-Leigh Cobble, and I'm trying to get back into running!

Our group will be meeting on the last Thursday of the month at 6:30pm in Stoughton.

Ken Knott

Meets the last Wednesday of the month in West Bridgewater at 7pm. Starting in February 25th. Hi! I'm Ken. I'm the Location Pastor at Grace Church WB. I love golf and enjoy motorcycles.

Leslie Reed

This group meets the Second Thursday of the month in Bridgewater at 6:30pm. Hi my name is Leslie Reed. I've been a part of Grace Church WB since the begin (OG - Original Grace ;-) I serve in First Impressions and work in the Central Office Grace Church as an Administrative Assistant. Bill Pacheco

This group meets the third Thursday of the month in Raynham at 7:00pm. Hi my name is Bill Pacheco. I've been a part of Grace Church WB since 2018. I serve as the Groups Director and I'm on the Advisory Board. I enjoy cycling, Boston sports teams, good food and wine. Start date: TBD

Laurien Bean

Hi, I'm Laurien Bean. I lead a life group with my husband, Mike, serve as a life group coach, and help others take their next step at the Info Bar. I'm a mom of three boys and run a small events business. I love to read, spend time with friends, and tackling DIY home projects. My group meets on the last Friday of the month at 7pm in Westwood.
