Each group meets twice a month, on the second and fourth weeks, for about 90 minutes, and discuses the weekend's teaching. The goal is spiritual growth through honest conversations, biblical application, and practical next steps.

Hi! We’re Gershon & Chichi, and we’ve been part of Grace Braintree for about 2½ years, along with our two children, Philippa (6) and Jesse (4). Our life group is all about building real community and growing in our faith together. We love gathering around meals, having meaningful conversations, and sharing life as it really is, kids included. You’ll quickly learn that Gershon loves motorsports, while Chichi is always up for a good K-drama, and there’s usually good food (pizza) and laughter in the mix. Jean and Candice have been part of Grace Church for ten years and have loved leading Life Groups for the past seven. Married for sixteen years, they’re passionate about helping people grow in their faith and believe life is better when you walk it with others. Their Life Group is a diverse mix of people at different stages of life and faith, and they focus on real conversation, intentional relationships, and supporting one another. The group meets on Thursday nights from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. When they’re not with their group, they’re usually hanging out with friends or enjoying time together.

The Loved Ones Group is a virtual life group created to foster an inclusive, faith-based community for neurodiverse adults (ages 18+) with developmental/ intellectual disabilities, or other unique abilities that may make participation in a typical life group challenging. This group provides accessible opportunities for spiritual growth through clear and simple teaching, interactive activities, Scripture memory, and worship. Led by trained facilitators with experience in both ministry and special needs, the Loved Ones Group offers a warm, relational environment where every participant can learn, belong, and experience the love of Christ. We meet virtually every Monday night at 6:30 PM and have in person get togethers during the semester.

We know family life is busy, so we’re intentional about making our time together meaningful while also ending at a reasonable time for families with kids. We don’t have formal childcare, but our kids typically find an activity, hang out, or play during group—and other children are welcome to do the same.
