Walk alongside middle and high schoolers as they navigate faith, life, and everything in between. Students need people who will show up for them consistently — and that person could be you.
You only get one chance to make someone feel welcome. Our First Impressions team serves in parking, greeting, and hospitality — making sure every single person who walks through our doors feels like they belong.
Use your musical gifts to lead people into an encounter with God every weekend. Our Worship team is made up of vocalists and instrumentalists who are passionate about creating genuine, powerful worship experiences.

Run cameras, manage audio, operate lighting, or handle livestreams — our Media team keeps everything running smoothly so nothing gets in the way of what God is doing on a weekend. If you love tech, this is your team.
Help plan and pull off the events that bring our community together — from outreach events to holiday experiences to campus-wide gatherings. If you love logistics, hospitality, and making things happen, this team is for you.
Graphic design, photography, video production, social media — our Creative team tells the Grace story in ways that connect with people. If you have a creative gift and want to put it to work for something that matters, this is your team.

We want serving at Grace to be a great experience — for you and for the people you serve. Here's what to expect before you jump in.
We ask that anyone who wants to serve has either attended a Grace Church Meet & Greet or has been attending Grace for at least three months. This isn't a barrier — it's just how we make sure serving is the right next step for you.
Everyone who serves at Grace goes through a background check — no exceptions. We take the safety of our community seriously, especially when it comes to our kids and students. It's a simple process and we'll walk you through it.
You don't need a resume or a specific set of skills to serve at Grace. Most of what you'll need we'll teach you. What matters most is that you show up, bring your heart, and are willing to be part of something bigger than yourself.
