Trips

This February, 2024, a talented group of individuals from Grace who are looking to serve God through our trade skills have the privilege of traveling to Guatemala with Grace Church alongside MANNA Worldwide. The majority of the trip will be spent serving in feeding centers across multiple different impoverished villages. These centers serve as a safe place where children walk after school to receive the only meal they will get each day, to play, and to receive encouragement and education from adult leaders who care for them. We will also get to visit an orphanage that Grace helped build and has supported for over 13 years! At the orphanage and feeding center, the children are taught about the love of Jesus because MANNA recognizes that, while these children’s physical needs must be met in order to rescue them from poverty, their deepest need is their spiritual need: to know the love of Jesus. This trip provides an opportunity to meet the physical and spiritual needs of communities that are often left out.

This August, 2024, a talented group of individuals from Grace who are looking to serve God through our talents, time, and skills will be traveling to New York City with Grace Church to serve our church planting partners in Brooklyn. Our team will be serving alongside the team from Beach Church, a church plant on a mission to let the people of their community know that there is a church in their neighborhood that cares about them, with the prayer that they will have an opportunity to know and follow Jesus one day. The majority of our time will be spent helping our partners put on community outreach and service events. We will have the opportunity to provide additional support, labor, and skill so that their small team can put on some awesome events to connect with the families and individuals in their neighborhood! This trip provides an opportunity to meet the physical and spiritual needs of communities that are living without hope.

This upcoming August 2024, a talented group of individuals from Grace who are looking to serve God through our talents, time, and skills will be traveling to Denmark with Grace Church to serve our church planting partners in Copenhagen. Our team will be serving alongside the team from OpenChurch, a church plant on a mission to let the people of their community know that there is a church in their neighborhood that cares about them, with the prayer that they will have an opportunity to know and follow Jesus one day. The majority of our time will be spent helping our partners put on community outreach and service events. We will have the opportunity to provide additional support, labor, and skill so that their small team can put on some awesome events to connect with the families and individuals in their neighborhood! This trip provides an opportunity to meet the physical and spiritual needs of communities that are living without hope.

This upcoming Fall 2024, a talented group of individuals from Grace who are looking to serve God through our talents, time, and skills will be traveling to Uruguay with Grace Church to serve our church planting partners in Montevideo. Our team will be serving alongside the team from Acceso Vertical, a church plant on a mission to let the people of their community know that there is a church in their neighborhood that cares about them, with the prayer that they will have an opportunity to know and follow Jesus one day. The majority of our time will be spent helping our partners put on community outreach and service events. We will have the opportunity to provide additional support, labor, and skill so that their small team can put on some awesome events to connect with the families and individuals in their neighborhood! This trip provides an opportunity to meet the physical and spiritual needs of communities that are living without hope.
