The Bible, composed of the 66 books of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and inerrant Word of God — the complete and final authority on all matters of life, belief, and practice. Every accurate translation is God's Word, written for our instruction and correction.

We believe in one God who created all things and eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in all respects but distinct in their roles in rescuing mankind from sin. God is holy, all-powerful, full of love, and the source of all truth. He has always existed and always will, and all things exist through Him.

Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man — the Word of God who became flesh. Born of a virgin by the power of the Holy Spirit, He lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and died on the cross as payment for mankind's sin. He physically rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father as the only mediator between God and mankind. He will return to establish His Kingdom on earth.

Mankind was created directly in the image and likeness of God — not through an evolutionary process. God designed humanity for an open and full relationship with Him. That relationship was broken when mankind voluntarily chose to live without regard for God's will, negatively affecting all of creation. Every person since has been born into that brokenness and stands in need of restoration and rescue from sin.

Sin is mankind's voluntary choice to live without regard for God's will. The sinful nature of Adam is passed down through every generation, and by their own choices, all people continue to sin and fall short of God's standard. Sin separates us from God and, without rescue, results in eternal separation from Him. All of creation has been negatively affected by mankind's rebellion against God.

Salvation is a free gift from God — not something that can be earned through good deeds. God is the initiator of reconciliation, and salvation comes solely through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ — trusting in His death, burial, and resurrection as the only payment for sin. Both belief and repentance are the two halves of the faith that makes us right with God. Those who receive this gift are made spiritually alive, forgiven, and granted eternal life.

The Church is the body of Christ, made up of all who have placed their faith in Jesus. The local church is the practical, visible expression of that body — a people, not merely a place. Every follower of Jesus should join a local church and fully engage in its mission of worship, encouragement, service, prayer, and spiritual development. The local church is God's planned instrument for carrying out His mission in the world.

We believe baptism by full immersion in water is the biblical model of the New Testament. Baptism is the public declaration of a believer's identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, marking the day they choose to leave their old ways behind. It is a prerequisite to membership in a local church but is not automatic entry. No denomination or authorizing body holds exclusive rights to baptism.

We believe God designed sexual intimacy exclusively for marriage between one man and one woman. Sexuality is significant to God because of what it does for us and how it reflects His relationship with the Church — men representing Jesus and women representing His Bride. All sexual activity outside of marriage between a man and a woman falls outside of God's design and is treated seriously in Scripture.

We believe God is personally involved in every person's birth and intentionally forms each individual as male or female. Gender is not assigned arbitrarily — it is a purposeful gift from God. We do not believe anyone is born incorrectly. Every person is created exactly as God intended, and their God-given gender is part of that intentional design.
